Refresh Toledo Blog
Introducing Refresh Toledo
You may already know. You might not know it yet. It’s one of Toledo’s well kept secrets, and Refresh Toledo thinks it’s finally time for that to change.
Toledo has a strong and growing population of talented, creative, and technically savvy professionals and students.
The Refresh Movement exists to assist local designers, programmers, writers, and other “creative pros” in connecting with one another so they can organize meetups, learn from one another, and help each other out. We already know it’s the combination of what you know and who you know that fosters career development, so Refresh Toledo aims to help you get to know more like-minded people and share your knowledge and experience with them.
Refresh Toledo is just getting started. Check this site regularly for meetup announcements, blog posts on industry topics, and to browse or post jobs on our job board. We’re excited to see what’s going to happen.
Please spread the word, blog or tweet about Refresh, and tell your friends and colleagues. If you’d like to get involved, you can contact us for more information.

Great site.
I for one have often thought about doing this very thing, but have always put it off. Thanks for taking the time to put this together. I really hope this takes off and does well. It seems to me that this area is really starting to take shape as far as technology and the web goes. If there is anything I can do to help out, just let me know.
On a side note, I didn’t see a feed on the site. That would be a nice addition.

HI All,
Hey keep me posted on the group here.
Attended the SEOMUG (SouthEast Ohio Macromedia Users Group) meet-up a few years ago. IT was a good one, I’ve never seen anything to rival that in NW Ohio.
Bring it on!
So the site’s using EE ExpressionEngine then huh, cool!

Not sure how I missed this until now. Great news, I have seen Refresh groups in other cities, excited to have one here.
When folks want to take a break from the technical details and talk about big picture things - like user experience - then let me know, I will help out.
